Overview
Workshop floor hardener is a chemical treatment designed to increase the surface hardness and longevity of concrete floors in industrial settings. It reacts with the free lime in concrete to form a dense, crystalline structure, significantly improving resistance to wear, impact, and chemical spills. Spills should be contained and cleaned immediately to prevent slips. Storage life is typically 6-12 months in sealed containers. Liquid products may freeze below 0°C (32°F), requiring winter storage precautions. Opened containers should be resealed tightly to prevent carbonation, which reduces effectiveness.
