Hand-applied polyurea coating is a two-component elastomeric material designed for manual application using brushes or rollers. Hand-applied polyurea contains reactive chemicals requiring proper handling. Use nitrile gloves and safety goggles to prevent skin/eye contact. Ensure adequate ventilation to avoid inhaling vapors during application. Store components in original sealed containers at 10-30°C. Avoid freezing or prolonged exposure to heat. Shelf life is typically 6-12 months. Clean tools with approved solvents (e.g., xylene) before the coating cures.
