Overview
Easy-Release PBT is a modified variant of polybutylene terephthalate engineered to reduce sticking in molds during injection molding. Its formulation includes internal lubricants or silicone-based additives that minimize friction, enabling smoother ejection of complex parts without secondary treatments. Granules should be dried at 120°C for 4 hours before use to prevent hydrolysis during molding. Store in moisture-proof packaging below 30°C. Shelf life typically exceeds 12 months if sealed. Spills pose minimal risk but should be collected to prevent slipping hazards.
